If you want to manually update the Global Address List in Microsoft Exchange 2003, follow the steps outlined below;

1. Go to Microsoft Exchange –> System Manager
2. On the left Pane expand Recipients
3. Select Offline Address List
4. In the main pane, right click on Default Offline Address List
5. click on Rebuild
6. Done!

The rebuild will take some time depending on the number of users in Exchange.

Once the rebuild is completed, you can download the results to OUTLOOK by using the F9 key.
